It was surely a really nice stay. The bed was very comfy and the room was huge, well-appointed. The friendly check-in along with the pretty friendly staff. Food was outstanding and restaurant was absolutely good.

The beds were exceptionally comfortable and the room was airy. The location of the hotel was beautiful - a 10-15 minute walking distance from Iglesia de San Francisco.

It was a fabulous hotel - I loved consistently courteous stuff and unique location. Reasonably large, warm room! Everything was excellant as expected, nonetheless the bathroom was tiny. Only a short distance to a monastery and an old monastery. It took me 15 minutes to walk to the bus stop.

Good value, taking into account other Cuenca's options. Fancy hotel, cozy rooms, proactive staff. Lovely location in the sketchy area. I got free upgrade and appreciated it. They made my stay fantastic! Lots of options for breakfast including pastries, bakery and cheese.

It is a practical hotel, I loved light rooms and best possible location. Brilliant view, a little balcony, cozy bed, too. Not far from - bridge and The Parador. Good value, considering that everything is spotless.

It was a truly memorable experience in an exceptionally friendly hotel. Easy location, good value and respectful staff, brilliant service. A prepaid breakfast was ABSOLUTELY EXCELLENT, included different dishes. The room I had was gorgeous with a large bathroom.

Overall we liked our stay and recommend. Decent location and long room. Comfortable beds, air conditioning, free Wi-Fi and hairdryer in the room. The staff did all they can for a luxury stay.
